Authorities in Albania are expected to introduce a further restriction of measures on Thursday to curb the number of new coronavirus cases which in the past two months has seen a surge. TemA learns that the committee of experts is expected to recommend a new curfew which will come into effect at 6 pm and last until 6 am.
Another measure includes a full lockdown on the weekend.
In the past 24-hour period, authorities reported 19 coronavirus related deaths and the fact that the number of hospital admissions has risen significantly may oblige the committee of experts to take these measures. TemA
