An end of hybrid democracy or a new era for Albanians

The first official results of ballots from the Central Electoral Commission of Albania shows the former Communist Party’s secretary, right now Primer of Albania. Mr. Sali Berisha and his right- wing coalition are suffering a huge defeat in the General Elections of June 23, 2013.
The opposition coalition of Mr,. Edvin Rama and Mr. Ilir Meta are leading with more than 10 per cent of votes in the elections all over the country. Albanian people it’s tired with Mr’ Berisha corruptive and repressive policy.
It strongly believe the opposition leaded by Mr. Edvin Rama and Mr. Ilir Meta would end up Mr. Berisha’s hybrid democracy and would bring a better future and higher life standards for Albanians
Mr. Berisha’s regime lost the support of the voters due to his Government ‘s massive corruption, due to his repressive policy against the opposition and to his noncommunist mentality and practice.
Due to his policy Albania become a typical hybrid democratic country, a bad mixture of Western style democratic slogans with ala- Putin communist rhetoric’s and Ottoman kind of exercising the power. ” I would lead Albania until the God would keep me alive” he declared several times during most recent three years.
His own family, specially his daughter Mrs. Argita Malltezi- Berisha and his son Mr. Shkelzen Berisha, is heavily involved in all the most important corruption scandals in Albania during most recent five years. Due to this corruption and repression, the London Daily ” The Guardian” called his former Government as a ” gang of gangsters” .
His son Mr Shkelzen Berisha, his Former Defense Minister Mr, Fatmir Mediu, a human and narco- traficant, and his Government were fully involved in the Scandal of Gerdeci, a village in the surrounds of Tirana . After a huge explosive and ammunition explosion on March 15, 2008 , caused more than 26 innocent victims, kids and elderly included After ” The New Yorks Times” denounced his Government as ” A mafia who got out of control”, he reacted in a very aggressive and offensive way. Speaking in the Albania National Assembly ( Congress ) he called ” The New York Times ” a ” Hygienic ( toilet ) paper “.
Neither former communist or former Nazi dictators as Hitler, Stalin, Enver Hoxha or Fidel Castro. didn’t use such an abusive language against ” The King” of the US and World Free press.
Mr. Sali Berisha it’s an amalgam of former communist fanatic and servant mentality with democratic slogans and demagogy.
His expected huge defeat in the most recent Elections would bee a big victory for Albanian people and democracy. It would open a new era in this poor Balkans’ country history and would help Albanians and Albania to be integrated in the EU.
According to most recent surveys and researches, Albanian people’s in Balkans it’s the most pro- American and the most pro- Western people in the World. USA is seen and appreciated as our strategic ally, friend and supporter in the World, regardless the fact that more than 70 per cent of people are Moslem by religion But this religion was imposed by sword and taxes, by arms and blood, by stick and carrot to Albanian people during the five centuries of Turkish Ottoman Empire occupation. Before it more than 90 per cent of Albanian were Roman Catholics.
Just last November 28th, Albanian people celebrated the 100 Anniversary of it’s “Flag Day” how is called Albanian Independence Day from that long term occupation and domination.

Rezultatet e para zyrtare te numerimit te votave nga Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve ne Shqiperi tregojne se ish- sekretari i partise komuniste dhe tani Kryeminister i Shqiperise, Z. Sali Berisha dhe koalicioni i tij i djathte jane duke pesuar nje disfate te thelle ne Zgjedhjet Parlamentare te 23 qershorit 2013.
Koalicioni i opozites i Z. Edvin Rama dhe Z. Ilir Meta jane duke udhehequr rezultatet me me shume se 10 per qind te votave me shume ne mbare vendin vendin. Populli shqiptar eshte lodhur nga politika e korruptuar dhe represive e Z. Berisha.
Ai beson dhe shpreson fuqimisht se opozita e udhehqur nga Z. Edvin Rama dhe Z. Ilir Meta mund ti japin fund demokracise hibride te Z. Berisha dhe do te sjellin standarte me te larta jetese dhe nje te ardhme me te mire per shqiptaret.
Regjimi i Z. Berisha ka humbur mbeshtetjen e votuesve per shkak te korrupsionit masiv dhe te politikes represive te tij ndaj opozites dhe per shkak te mendesise dhe praktikes se tij neokomuniste.
Ne saje te politikes se tij, Shqiperia u be nje shtet tipik me demokracise hibride, nje corbe e keqe e slloganeve demokatike te stilit perendimor, me nje retorike komuniste ala Putin dhe me nje ushtrim pushteti ala Otoman. ” Une do te udheheq ne Shqiperi deri te me jape ymer Zoti” ka deklaruar Berisha disa here gjate tre vjeteve me te fundit.
Familja e tij , sidomos vajza e tij Z. Argita Malltezi- Berisha dhe djali i tij Z. Shkelzen Berisha , jane implikuar rendshem ne te gjitha skandalet me te renda korruptive ne Shqiepri gjate pese vjeteve te fundit. Per shkak te ketij korrupsioni dhe represioni, e perditshmja e Londres ” The Guardian” e ka quajtur qeverine e meparshme te Berishes ” nje bande gangsteresh “.
Djali i tij Z. Shkelzen Berisha, ish- ministri i tij i Mbrojtjes Fatmir Mediu i akuzuar per trafik njerezor dhe drogash dhe krejt qeveria e tij ishin pefshire teresisht ne Skandalin e Gerdecit , nje fshat ne rrethinat e Tiranes. Mbas shperthimit te nje sasi te madhe municioni dhe lendesh sherthyese me 15 Mars 2008 , kane shkaktuar me shume se 26 viktima te pafajshme , perfshi edhe femije e pleq. ” The New York Times ” e denoncnoi qeverine e tij si nje “Mafia qe ka dale krejt jashte kontrollit . “Pas kesaj Berisha reagoi ne menyre shume agresive dhe fyese. Duke folur para Kuvendit te Shqiperise ai e quajti ” The New York Times” “nje leter higjienike”
Asnje ish- diktator komunist ose Nazist si Hitleri, Stalini, Enver Hoxha as Fidel Kastro nuk kane perdorur nje gjuhe te tille abuzive kunder ” Mbretit” te shtypit te lire amerikan dhe boteror.
Z. Sali Berisha eshte nje amalgame ( perzierje ) e ish fanatikut dhe sherbetorit komunist me sllogane dhe demagogji demokratike.
Disfata e thelle e pritshme e tij ne zgjedhjet me te fundit do te jete nje fitore e madhe per popullin dhe demokracine shqiptare. Ajo do te hape nje epoke te re ne historine e ketij vendi te varfer Ballkanik dhe do ti ndihmoje shqiptaret dhe Shqiperine qe te integrohen ne Bashkimin Evropian.
Sipas anketave dhe kerkimeve me te fundit, shqiptaret ne Blalkan jane populli me proamerikan dhe me properendimor ne Bote. SHBA shihet dhe cmohet si aleati yne strategjik, si miku dhe perkrahesi me i madh ne Bote, pavaresisht se 70 oper qind e opullsise shqiptare jane myslimane nga feja . Por kjo fe u eshte imponuar shqiptareve me shpate dhe me harace, me arme dhe me gjak, me shkop e me karrote gjate pese shekujve te pushtimit dhe sundimit te Perandorise Otomane Turke. Para saj mbi 90 perqind e shqiptareve kane qene katolike nga feja. Vetem me 28 neentorin te vitit te kaluar populli shqiptar festoi 100 vjetorin e ” Dites se Flamurit”. sic quhet Festa e Pavaresise nga ai pushtim dhe sundim
