Flamur Noka, ministri anekdotik i mazhorancës së shkuar, ka akuzuar kryeministrin e ri, se po poshtëron shqiptarët me emërimin e Saimir Tahirit në postin që mbahej pikërisht nga ai. Sipas Flamurit, Tahiri është një gjysmak dhe hajdut kasetofonash.
“Zoti Rama i shndërrove nga ministra në drejtorë Bashkie, pasi je i bindur se do ju shërbejnë ju dhe klientelës tënde. Qytetarët kanë nevojë për projekte konkrete zhvillimi dhe integrimi. Ju i servirni shqiptarëve si Ministër të Brendshëm një njeri të sëmurë, dhe që ka qenë kontingjent për hajdut kasetofonash dhe i cili shëtiste në fushatë me banda. Si mundet të jetë ministër, kur babai i tij u kap për kontrabandë ilaçesh dhe evazion fiskal? Ky është një poshtërim që i bëhet Policisë së Shtetit dhe shqiptarëve”, tha Flamuri.
Tahiri iu përgjigj Nokës, duke thënë se e kupton shqetësimin e tij kur flet për shëndetin, pasi është një nga njerëzit që i ka zgjatur më shumë se kushdo studimet për mjekësi.
“Kur deputeti mbante ligjëratë, një grua u vra në Durrës, një i plagosur në mes të Tiranës, tre të vdekur në rrugën e Kombit dhe një i plagosur në Kamzë. Kjo është kronika e pak orëve, megjithatë përpiqem ta kuptoj shqetësimin e parafolësit për familjen time dhe shëndetin tim, fundja është i vetmi që ka studiuar më shumë për shëndetësi në këtë parlament.
E filloi shkollën e lartë në kohën e diktaturës dhe e mbaroi me anëtarësimin në NATO.
Dua të besoj se parafolësi donte te shprehte shqetësimin e tij në kuadrin e shqetësimeve që mendja e tij ka në tërësi. Unë jam shumë mirë me shëndet, faleminderit”, tha Tahiri.

Ms.Chief Prosecutor of ICC, thank you for the correctness that you have shown in your response about my denunciation even that the answer was not satisfactory (the Hague,27.11.2012,reference:OTP-CR-298/12),especially in the last paragraph. This response obliges me to deepen the analysis of my first denunciation and to continue with new evidence of crimes to the ICC jurisdiction.
1)The person to whom i filed my denunciation to the 03.10.2012,is the current Prime Minister and former President of the Republic of Albania from 1992 until 1997, the year in which Albania entered to the civil war with the consequence the loss of lifes to thousand of people and a total economic disaster.It was HIM who allowed and supported the “pyramid schemes”,which collected all the money of Albanians and took it … to places which secret services know better than i do. The acquisition of Albanians money by him and his “narrow circle”,brought the civil war ,with the consequences above mentioned. I consider this person as a person that has planned everything and has allowed to his will the consequences. However, “external forces” have him “recycled” to then bring back to power in 2005 as Prime Minister,but this person has confirmed the theory that the character never changes…2) On 15 March 2008 as a result of an explosion lost their lives 26 people(as are declared) and are injured three hundred,regardless of material damages.The explosive force was said to have been bigger than that of the atomic bomb. Dismantling in this factory was made by minor children and women against a payment of only USD 10 per day.The really guilty persons did not face justice – the former Minister of Defense and the Prime Minister Berisha,who also involved his son Shkelzen Berisha in this business – instead,other politically unprotected persons did. The former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu,was discharged from office for being later appointed Minister of Environment,Woods&Water administration.Again coincidence ?!It is still his responsibility because :- a)the “factory of demounting of the weapons” was built in the inhabited area, b) in the process of demounting to the shells and to the cartridges,participated not only “non-expert people”,but even the women and children under the age of 14. Is not called slavery working to the demounting factory, for the children under 14 years with a payment of 10 € per day,without holidays because there are in need?! Do you consider that under the Rome Statute, slavery is called the old concept in which people work shackled and beaten with whips?!It’s enough take advantage of their work with the so-called “inner rules”.New times bring new ways of human use!
Thinking that the eruption with the death of 26 people and injured hundreds was not intentional or could not be expected,is like removing the fuse to a bomb and be surprised when it exploded. I would be most surprised if in a place full of ammunition, where they carry out the work the women and children, this could not happened, 3) 01/21/2011 ,thousands of people gathered in front of the palace of the Premier to protest against the arbitrary and illicit decisions of Government. The result was cannon fire on the crowd from the Republic Guards causing 4 deaths. This protest was presented by the Prime Minister as a “coup d’etat”, forgetting that the right to protest and revolution is a legitimate right. The right of rebellion (the right or the duty of revolution as an individual or Collective right) has its origins about 300 years BC, in China (Zhou dynasty). It is this theory that justified the French Revolution and also the American Revolution, giving to these events a positive historical value and not to treat it as a “coup d’etat”.Our Premier need to know that government is a “contract” between it and the “public”,so if the government itself will not keep promises, “the contract will be broke”! In any democratic country, after such an event, the government will award resignation but to our Prime Minister this option does not exist,4) In September 2012 several victims of political persecution of the Communist regime are introduced in hunger strike because of non-compliance with the law of compensation by the Government. The Prime Minister has refused to negotiate and the strike was deepened. It was the same Prime Minister who in 1990 came to power as a result of the hunger strike of students against the communist regime, in which case i was one of them. If the communist government would have adopt the same approach of this “pseudo-democrat”, would not have happened the regime change and the fall of communism, however that at the top of today’s “democratic government” is a former communist ,Sali Berisha. The result of this hunger strike was the extremely act of self-burning of two persons, of whom one died(Lirak BEJKO died,Gjergj NDRECA self-burning remained in tentative). After these serious events for everyone, didn’t came a human reaction to the Prime Minister who initially calls: a) politically motivated strike, b) ironically says that the “salary” should be paid by SP, c) begins “analysis” for any striker who according to him are indemnified, have received and tempered loans, but they never had been able to manage.Him called them gamblers,pimps..etc.Such statements that violate the human dignity! For that it is enough to interpret the Universal Declaration of human rights, held by the United Nations General Assembly (1948), which defines human dignity as a fundamental principle from which derive human rights.Violating the dignity means to violate the “natural right” to him, on which is based “positive rights”. So i think it is the Prime Minister responsible for the death of one of the strikers and the death of attempted another. This unprecedented news was known all over the world, but still Berisha holds the post of Prime minister killed its citizens, making agreement with Greece in violation of our territorial sovereignty and contrary to the decision of the Constitutional Court, selling the public property as if it were his own property, and not in management. I filed complaint several times to the Supreme Court against him (you can see them on youtube-Sokol HASANI), but there are closed after that he took in control the situation to the judiciary system. Ms.Chief Prosecutor of ICC, i appeal to you, based on the jurisdiction that you have in relation of these crimes, but it is known that after the international institutions are “the international groups” who run “the politics of the world”.Are “these gentlemen” that have replaced a government elected by people with a “technocratic” government in Italy (Berlusconi Monti),are “these gentlemen” who are afraid of the word referendum and have also replaced Papandreou with Papademos. They are the same “gentlemen” who had the “vision” to see the “lack of democracy” in Iraq or Libya, and are militarily intervened and destroyed the countries, rather than bringing before the International Court of solely responsible.But for how long “they” want that Berisha remains in “its place”, my fight for justice is like “fighting with windmills”, but i can not accept the quotation of Confucius : – not fighting a war that you can’t win, because i like more the quotation of Einstein who says :- the world is a dangerous place not because of those who do evil,but because of those who look on and do nothing!
In conclusion, i hope that this time will be acted according the Rome Statute, and consequently of articles above in the legal base, such that the criminals of the people and democracy may be brought in front to the law!
p.s-One of the reasons that was attacked former presidential candidate Mitt Romney, it was for his election campaign organizer, mr.Stuart STEVENS who brought to power two dictators, Kabila in the Congo and Sali Berisha in Albania:

When protesters were shot dead outside Albania’s parliament last year, Berisha claimed they were trying to launch a coup with guns disguised as umbrellas and pens and called the independent prosecutor investigating their deaths a “boulevard whore.” And when the newspaper that reported on Stevens’ loving speech at the Sheraton Hotel ran afoul of Berisha after the 2005 election, it was briefly shut down by police, and its publisher’s car firebombed, in an incident condemnedby the Committee to Protect Journalists. Since leaving his post in Albania, the ex-ambassador, John Withers, has become one of Berisha’s most vocal critics, accusing him of driving Albanian democracy into the ground since his return to power in 2005. His leadership has run “exactly contrary to democracy-building,” Withers said in an interview with Albanian media in March. His government “has routinely bullied the courts … striven to curtail media freedoms through restrictive and undemocratic laws,” manipulated the electoral process, and “shown an active, even obsessive interest in only one objective: the pursuit of power by any means at its disposal.” The Romney campaign did not respond to questions for this article, and neither did Stevens. Among the questions the campaign didn’t answer are whether Stevens still regards Berisha and Kabila as the worthy, upstanding leaders he sold them as to tens of millions of people, and whether he was aware of abuses during their campaigns or took action to stop them. But in what is perhaps a tell, Albania and the Congo used to be on his consulting’s firm website, listed among clients the firm says it’s “proud to have worked with.” At some point this year, they were removed.,,,etc).

Tepelena dhe Kukesi jane njelloj, kane resurse te kufizuara nga te gjitha pikpamjet, jane kokeforte, jane besnike ndaj shefave-besnikeri qe shkon deri ne servilizem, nuk mbushin mire (punojne me thithje), jane fodulle te pandreqshem, kur hypin ne karrige te tjeret poshte tyre u duken miza, jane qejfli, per njerezit e tyre, per fshataret, per kusherinje, krushqit, miqte, shoket e te njohurit bejne shume (kujtoni qe Muli perseriti tre here provimin per grade te larte per tri komisare patriotet e vet, pavaresisht qe ata ishin “gdhe” dhe nuk fituan.

Kur u çua Muli mendova se do nxirrte ne pah ndonje te mete te PD-s. E po thashe me qe asnje nuk i beri nje analize asaj humbje te thelle, mendova per nje çast se ky do analizoje, por me kot, u zhgenjeva. Je i varfer more Muli. Je shume i varfer. Nen nje cope qiell levrin krejt mendja jote. Po si nuk ke turp qe fute me qindra kosovare ne Kukes me 23 qershor per te votuar per PD. Turp! Si del ne ate podium te shenjte? Ik mbytu me mire.
Tani me thuaj. Kush eshte hajdut ai qe kishte nje çante me ilaçe apo ti qe vjedh votat. Vjedhja me e poshter, me e perbindshme qe i eshte bere e i behet ketij populli eshte vjedhja apo shtimi ne menyre artificiale e votes. Ti, me ate mendjen e semure, kujtove se voton kombi shqiptar e jo shteti shqiptar e fute njerez “te huaj”, te pa regjistruar me duzina. Kjo beri qe te mbreteroni kaq gjate si Parti dhe te beni zhele kete vend e te stresoni tere popullin, duke bere te flase me vete. Turp!
Po, tani do flase ne favor tend. E zeme se i ati i ministrit Tahiri eshte kontrabandist. Ti kishe forcen, ligjin. Pse nuk e denoncove ne prokurori po del si ato prostitutat, qe kur u del nami nuk lene gje pa akuzuar qe te lajne veten, duke e ngritur zerin ne qiell.

Flamur Noka eshte njeriu me respekt te njerzit sepse I gajas ata te qeshin gjithe diten e dites per budallalleqet qe thote dhe per fjalorin e tij injorant. Banditet dhe horrat si kap dot tani ke kohe sa te duash te gjuajsh per mullenja.Ky ka qene zanati yt ne katundet e Kuksit.

Une e njoh personalisht e kam patur ne shkolle tek Sami Frasheri!!! Ishte goxha djale, shume i shkathet dhe i zgjuar…. Eshte djale i vetem nga nje familje ne gjendje sh te mire ekonomike, qe kur ka lindur. Te jatin e ka patur me grada ne ushtri, nenen e ka patur drejtoreshe per shume bite ne ministri te shendetesise! Eshte cun tirone, vlla…. Punetor dhe shume ambicioz. Ka nje familje te mire dhe te nderuar qe skane vjedh nje cumcakiz, ko me keto budallalleqe qe thote ky i paafti! Sa per depresioni , te pakten ky qe eshte mjek duhet ta kuptoje qe nga fytyra…. Atij i zjen gjaku, ky thote ka depresion…… Pupupupu ne dore te kujt ishim. Hajt per hajer qeveria e re, e me cuna dhe goca tirone bohet kjo pune (nga 18 ministra, 14 kane lindur ne tirane)

Flamuri duhej per kryetar PD-je,eshte fiks personi i duhur.Ka 10 vjet qe makinat nuk perdorin me kasetofona,ky thote qe Sajmiri po vjedh kasetofona.Ahahahhahahaahhahaaaaaaa,vetem Flamuri mund te thote traplleqe kaq te medha e kaq serioze.

Pooo Muli shume e sakte, shqiptaret nderohen vetem me ty, kurse per tu krenuar, krenohemi edhe bashke me Greten.
Heres tjeter, kur te emerohesh minister, kur te prap vij Sala ne pushtet, mos harro te marresh edhe Greten.
