Sikurse është shprehur presidenti i Francës, Fransua Holond, vendi është në luftë me Shtetin Islamik. Franca e konsideron grupin xhihadist, si armikun e saj më të madh sot për sot. Ajo po e lufton ISIS-in në vijën e parë të frontit, së bashku me amerikanët në Lindjen e Mesme, dhe si kombi i vetëm perëndimor që gjendet Sahel të Malit në Afrikë.
Parisi është angazhuar në këtë betejë që prej vitit 2013, me një numër forcash të armatosura shumë më të madh sesa Shtetet e Bashkuara. Të premten e javës së shkuar, Franca pagoi një çmim të lartë për këtë. Mesazhet që shprehin solidaritet, erdhën nga e gjithë bota perëndimore. Megjithatë, Franca qëndron në mënyrë të çuditshme e vetme: Deri më tani, asnjë shtet tjetër nuk e ka trajtuar ISIS-in, si kërcënimin më të madh strategjik në botën e sotme.
Aktorët kryesorë në Lindjen e Mesme, i cilësojnë armiqtë e tjerë si më të rëndësishëm. Kundërshtari kryesor i Bashar Al-Asadit është opozita siriane – tashmë edhe objektivi kryesor i Rusisë, e cila e mbështet rregjimin risian. Asadi kërkon në fakt të përfitojë nga të mos paturit asgjë mes tij dhe ISIS-it: Kjo do t’i mundësojë atij ta shfaqë veten, si bastioni i fundit kundër terrorizmit islamik, duke kërkuar nga Perëndimi legjitimitetin që ai humbi për shkak të dhunës ekstrme kundër popullit të tij .
Qeveria turke është shumë e qartë:Armiku i saj kryesor është separatizmit kurd. Dhe një fitore e kurdëve sirianë mbi ISIS-in, mund të lejonte Partinë e Punëtorëve të Kurdistanit që të fitonte një territor të vyer, prej nga ku mund të rifillojë luftën e saj të armatosur kundër Turqisë. Kurdët, qofshin sirianë apo irakenë, duan që të shkatërrojnë ISIS, po aq sa edhe të mbrojnë kufijtë e tyre të rizbuluar. Ata shpresojnë që bota arabe të bëhet më e ndarë se kurrë. Kurdët duan të pushtojnë Sinjarin, për shkak se qyteti ndodhet në një zonë kurde. Por ata nuk do të sulmojnë Mosulin, sepse kjo do të ishte një lëvizje në ndihmë të autoriteteve në Bagdadit.
Për kurdët e Irakut, rreziku kryesor është forcimi i qeverisë qendrore dalin në Bagdad, pasi kjo e fundit mund të sfidojë pavarësinë de facto të Kurdistanit të Irakut. ISIS-i është në mënyrë të heshtur dakord me krijimin e një republike të tillë. Shiitët e Irakut, pavarësisht faktit se përballen me presione të vazhdueshme nga SHBA-ja, nuk duken të gatshëm të vdesin për të rimarrë Falluxhan.
Ata do të mbrojnë kufijtë sektare, dhe nuk do të lejojnë kurrë pushtimin e Bagdadit. Por ata nuk kanë ndonjë nxitim në rrikthimin e pakicës sunite në krye të lidershipit të vendit. Nëse kjo gjë realizohet, ata do të duhet ta ndajnë pushtetin me të.
Për sauditët, armiku kryesor nuk është ISIS-i, për shkak se paraqet një formë të radikalizmit sunit, të cilën në fakt e kanë mbështetur gjithmonë. Prandaj ata nuk bëjnë asgjë kundër grupit xhihadist, armiku kryesor i Riadit është Teherani. Iranianët, nga ana e tyre, duan të përmbajnë ISIS-in, por jo domosdoshmërisht për ta shkatërruar:Ekzistenca e Shtetit Islamik e pengon kthimin e llojit të koalicionit arab sunit, që u shkaktoi atyre probleme të mëdha gjatë luftës së tyre me Irakun nën Sadam Huseinin.
Pastaj është Izraeli, i cili vetëm mund të kënaqet teksa vështron luftën e Hezbollahut kundër arabëve, rrënimin e Sirisë, zhytjen e Iranit në një luftë të pasigurtë, ndërsa të gjithë e kanë harruar për momentin çështjen palestineze. Me pak fjalë, asnjë lojtar rajonal, nuk është i gatshëm të dërgojë forcat e tij në terren, për të rimarrë territoret e puashtuara nga ISIS-i.
Pastaj edhe pas sulmeve të Parisit, ndryshe nuk janë as amerikanët. Strategjia aktuale e Uashingtonit mbështetet në zhvillimin e një lufte nga larg, të bazuar tek sulmet ajrore;SHBA nuk ka vullnet politik për të dërguar trupa tokësore. Kësisoj përmbajtja e armikut, do të duhet që të realizohet vetëm përmes vrajses së terroristëve nga bombardimet me dronë. Por asnjë luftë nuk është fituar, pa dërguar në terren këmbësorinë.
Megjithatë, në rast se Francës i mungojnë mjetet për të përmbushur ambiciet e saj, për fat të mirë për hir të saj, po kështu është edhe për ISIS-in. Ngjashëm me Al-Kaedën më herët, sukseset e ISIS-it po arrijnë gjithnjë e më tepër që të rrëmbejnë titujt kryesorë në media, si dhe vëmendjen e mediave sociale. Sistemi i Shtetit Islamik ka mbërritur tashmë kufijtë e tij.
Ai pati dy kahje:zgjerimin e rrufeshëm në aspektin territorial, dhe shoku e frikën që e pasoi. ISIS-i vështirë se është një “shtet” islamik, vetëm për shkak se ndryshe nga talebanët, ai nuk pretendon ndonjë territor apo kufij specifikë. Është më shumë një lloj Kalifati, gjithnjë në raport me metodën e pushtimit – duke pushtuar territore të reja, rekrutuar myslimanë nga e gjithë bota – ashtu si lëvizja ekspansioniste myslimane gjatë shekullit të parë të Islamit.
Ky tipar ka tërhequr mijëra vullnetarë, të motivuar nga ideja e të luftuarit për Islamin global, sesa vetëm për një pjesë të Lindjes së Mesme. Por arritjet e ISIS-it tashmë janë kufizuar; nuk ka më zona në të cilat ai mund të zgjerohet duke pretenduar të jetë një mbrojtës i popullatave sunite arabe. Në very janë kurdët; në lindje, shiitët e Irakut; në perëndim, alavitët që tashmë mbrohen nga rusët. Dhe të gjithë po i rezistojnë kalifatit.
Në jug, nuk kanë simpati për ISIS-in as libanezët, që shqetësohen për fluksin e refugjatëve sirianë, as jordanezët, të cilët janë ende duke e marrë veten nga ekzekutimi i tmerrshëm i një prej pilotëve dhe as palestinezët. I mbërthyer në Lindjen e Mesme, ISIS-i po nxiton t’i jape një shtysë të mëtejshme terrorizmit global.
Sulmi kundër Hezbollahut në Bejrut, kundër rusëve në Sharm El-Sheikh dhe sulmet në Paris, kishin të njëjtin qëllim:terrorin. Por ashtu si ekzekutimi i pilotit jordanez, ngjalli patriotizmin edhe në mesin e popullatës heterogjene të Jordanisë, edhe sulmet në Paris, do ta kthejnë betejën kundër ISIS-it në një çështje kombëtare.
Shteti Islamik do të ndeshë të njëjtin problem si Al-Kaeda:Terrorizmi i globalizuar, nuk është më efektiv, strategjik, sesa kryerja e bombardimeve ajrore pa forca në terren. Shumë ngjashëm me Al- Kaedën, ISIS-i nuk ka mbështetje të gjerë në mesin e myslimanëve që jetojnë në Evropë. Ai rekruton vetëm personat tejet të margjinalizuar.
Çështja tanimë është si për të përkthehet në veprim, zemërata që ngjallën sulmet terroriste të 13 nëntorit në Paris. Një operacion masiv tokësor nga ana e forcave perëndimore, si ai i kryer në Afganistan në vitin 2001, duket se jashtë diskutimit, edhe për shkak se një ndërhyrje ndërkombëtare, do të shkaktonte konflikte lokale të pafundme.
Edhe një ofensivë e koordinuar nga fuqitë lokale duket e pamundur, duke pasur parasysh dallimet e mëdha ndërmjet qëllimeve të tyre dhe motiveve të fshehta:Kjo do të kërkojë arritjen e një marrëveshje politike mes aktorëve rajonalë, duke filluar me Arabinë Saudite dhe Iranin. Pra, rruga përpara është e gjatë, në mos ndodhtë që befas ISIS-it të rrënohet nën kotësinë e aspiratave të veta ekspansioniste, apo tensioneve midis rekrutët e saj të huaj dhe popullsive lokale arabe. Në çdo rast, ISIS është armiku më i keq i vetvetes./ Bota.al

Sorry Paris, Muslims have forgotten that you were the carrier of the Vatican’s Pope’s Crusader banner against the Islamic State.. Sorry Paris, we forgot that you have killed tens of millions of Muslims in your Crusades in Islamic countries, and have violated the honor of millions of Muslim women, and cut the heads of tens of thousands of Muslim scholars, and imprisoned millions of Muslim women and children…
Sorry Paris, we have forgotten your enmity towards our religion, your insults towards our Lord and His messenger peace be upon him, your efforts to change our cultures in our countries, and suppressing Islam from the hearts of the young people in the East and the West.. Sorry Paris.
We are so sorry, Paris, that there are some evil barbaric people among us who didn’t forget all that! People who have lost their humanity to the point to kill Parisian human beings during their cultural events and pleasant football games. Under-developed people who don’t know what civilization means, who never reached the “Parisian level” in taste, people who didn’t see the beauty of the Champs-Elysées or the majesty of the Elysée palace.

Sorry Paris.. those terrorists didn’t understand what “International laws” mean, they never tasted the smell of “human rights”, they have no link with our religion – no link with humanity at all! They didn’t understand that the order to {Fight the people of the Book} here means “Quran” as “the Book” (like it was explained in Tafsir al-Idiocracy) .. our religion ordered us to declare war to the “disbelievers” but those terrorists didn’t know that “disbelievers” means “those who disbelieve in International laws and conventions” as the Tafsir al-Donkey states…
Sorry Paris: Those thugs have no link to our religion: just look at the condemnations of our respectable and venerable “scholars” who opened their mouth faster than the speed of light to condemn those criminal events. Of course, there’s no contradiction between that and their encouragements when Palestinians kill innocent Jews in the streets… are Jews any different that French Catholics for their blood to become permissible? Or are French Catholics any different from Orthodox Russians who have been made a permissible target since they started bombing Syria? As for the silence of our venerable and respectable scholars when our children get bombed everyday in Syria by those civilized Western Crusaders, I can’t explain it.
Sorry Paris, those evil people want the economy of France to get hurt.. We have opened for you with joy the skies of Iraq and Syria so you can show us your advanced technology and your most recent missiles and bombs so we can buy them .. those terrorists want you to stop your bombings! Are they crazy? Do they think we’re going to buy your weapons without seeing how they work? It looks like these people really don’t want free, profitable trade relations between countries.

Sorry Paris, you have announced that you were against Bashar staying in place, but you still sent your airplanes and warships to strike “terrorists” day and night. But isn’t Bashar the one moving those “terrorists” (Those who kill his soldiers day and night) to kill Parisians? Don’t even think that terrorists are only getting revenge on those who fight them. That’s not the reality. Terrorists are fighting Bashar and Iran soldiers everyday so Bashar can control them to fight its own allies so he can have a good image in front of the world. Even the stupidest among people knows this.
The terrorists haven’t understood the reality of Allah’s words: “Fight in the path of Allah those who fight you” (2:190). They don’t know that Quran has an apparent and a hidden meaning. The apparent one here is to fight those who fight us, but the hidden one is: “fight those who fight us except Western Catholic/Protest Christians”. As a proof, just look at what our “scholars” said about this hideous crime.
Sorry Paris, the terrorists haven’t understood the reality of Allah’s words: “And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah is worse than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al-Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers” (2:191). Those extremist terrorists thought the order of fighting and killing included Paris, London and New York. They forgot that this order doesn’t go past the Masjid al-Haram, and that it talks about Arab disbelievers, not Western Crusaders. The disbelieving Arab, if he fights us at al-Masjid al-Haram, we fight him back, but the Catholic/Protest Crusader, if he fights us in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Mali, Philippines, Chechnya, Somalia, Libya, Yemen, Egypt, Arabian Peninsula and elsewhere, and supported the Jews in killing us, and sent us missiles and phosphorous bombs and chemical weapons and depleted uranium, and destroyed our countries and violated our honor and stole our resources and fought our religion and insulted our Lord and our prophet, we aren’t allowed to retaliate in a theater in Paris, a train station in London or a building in New York. This, as our “scholars” said, is contrary to the teaching of all peaceful religions and International laws and humanity. It’s ignorance and obscurantism and barbarity.
Sorry Paris, those evil criminals killed civilized civilian Parisians, but your nice fancy modern, nice-smelling, pleasant-looking airplanes have killed evil Arab children, some of them still babies, some of them still suckling terrorist milk from their mothers. How can we even dare to compare.
Sorry Paris, we can’t cry enough tears for you to show you how much we are sorry. You are art, beauty, freedom, democracy, justice, equality, humanity, and those evil criminal terrorists don’t know that missiles and and bombs in Iraq and Syria are expressions of art, they are the next Mona Lisa. They should visit the Louvre Museum and listen to the Opera de Lyon to understand what beauty is about, shouldn’t they?
Sorry Paris.. please come back to us.. please bomb us again in our Syria and our Iraq.. please make the earth shake again under our feet.. Kill us, massacre us, destroy us, wage war against us.. we will fight you back with smiles, to show our allegiance to the civilized Parisians.. you will find silence and obedience in our “scholars” and “writers”. If a stupid terrorist wants to touch the civilized, advanced country that your are, our “scholars”, “writers” and “religious leaders” will be there to punish them: they will massacre them with fatwas and articles, they will stand like one man to blame them, until no Parisian is harmed.
