Partia Demokratike e cilësoi aksesin në kodin IMEI, si fundin e privatësisë për qytetarët.
Përmes një deklarate për shtyp, koordinatorja për mediat e PD-së, Silvi Bardhi tha se “nëse dikush ka akses në kodin tuaj IMEI, qoftë edhe për pak minuta, jeta juaj kthehet në një libër të hapur për të gjithë”.
Sipas Bardhit, “përgjimi kërkon dy gjëra, kodin IMEI për telefonin dhe programin për tu lidhur me këtë kod dhe mjafton kombinimi i programit me kodin personal IMEI, dhe të tjerët mund të të përgjojnë duke monitoruar aktivitetet tuaja, me anë të një kompjuteri në shtëpi ose smartphonë”.
Po ashtu, Bardhi pohoi se “ky kod është rruga më e sigurtë e gjurmimit, përcaktimit të vendndodhjes dhe përgjimit të telefonave, mesazheve, e bisedave, pra cdo lloj komunikimi.Kjo është arsyeja që edhe Gjykata e Drejtësisë e Luksemburgut ia ka ndaluar qeverive të Bashkimit Evropian të kenë akses në kodin IMEI”.
“Ka vetëm një motiv pse qeveria kërkon të ketë kodin IMEI të çdo shqiptari: të dijë ç’farë mendojnë flasin e komunikojnë qytetarët e vendit. Dhe kjo është një ndërhyrje brutale në të drejtat dhe liritë e individit”, tha Bardhi.

it is possible nowadays to track a mobile phone even if it is in switched off condition because of the stunning improvements in remote communication and location sensory devices. it is possible to track a mobile device even when the mobile is switched off.The only way to stop it is remove your battery or wrap the phone in a aluminium foil …this is because of the latest invention of the signals created by the sub-atomic particles in the chipsets…it is recently developed by the FBI and MIT.They can even activate your phone as microphone ,hearing your conversations and this process is called as roving bug!
when the phone is stolen or lost ..the last used sim shows the imei number of the phone (even if you don’t know the imei number….)
Besoj se eshte e qarte per te gjithe Idiotet Militante qe do e kene qeverine pas bythe ne cdo moment. Dhe c’eshte me e keqja, asnjeri nuk ka garanci qe baza e te dhenave nuk do te vidhet apo keqperdoret me kete lloj shteti dhe mileti qe kemi.

Nqs nje hacker ka instaluar nje software ne telefonin tuaj dhe ka kodin IMEI ai mund te monitoroje kete telefon nepermjet nje softi qe gjurmon keto telefona te cileve u eshte instaluar software + u dihet IMEI.
Nqs dikush ka akses ne telefonin tuaj dhe mund te instaloje software atehere automatikisht quhet i komprementuar dhe nuk duhet me IMEI per ta pergjuar//
O robo. Nqs hacker-i ka instaluar software te cel. jot pirdhi ne te privatesise. IMEI nuk ka ci duhet fare pastaj. Kurse vetem IMEI s’behet asgje. Po keta jane mesuar te llapin si bucet si me Universitetet tani

Une kam vajtur vete per te dhene imei_n e telefonave,se s’kam nder mend si sali bisha me shoke as te vjedh as te vras si me 21 janar dhe dredh akoma bythet neper Tirane sikur s’ka ndodhur gje.
Po e di qe imei nuk eshte per pergjim.Ne te pergjuar jemi ne cdo bisede edhe pa imei(vec kesaj kur ben telefonate,ne qendren telefonika,p.sh.amc; shkojne bashke te dy nr:nr i cip dhe imei.)
Ju flisni dokerra megjithese e dini qe ja fusni si kau-peles.
Po nuk behet fjale per losers si puna jote o lali, ktu do gjurmohet dhe pergjohet lepujt e medhenj jo zvarraniket. psh prokuroret, gjykatesit, politikanet, biznesmenet, etj persona me interest per qeverine.
Nuk behet fjale per hackera, behet fjale per Qeverine. Teknologjia qe perdoret sot ne jeten civile eshte te pakten 50 vjet prapa asaj qe Qeveria dhe ushtria ka ne perdorim aktualisht. Mund te pergjojne dhe dekriptojne cdo informacion nepermjet telefonit apo internetit. Ketu nuk behet fjale per ndalim kontrabande apo kapje kriminelesh qe vene celular me eksploziv. Te gjithe e dine qe ka shtete ne bote ku ti mund te blesh nje karte me parapagim dhe celular pa asnje lloj dokumenti dhe ta perdoresh ne cdo vend tjeter, dhe kete bejne kriminelet. IMEI i jep qeverise te drejten te verifikoje sa here dhjet ne dite, ku shkon per shopping, ca ore shkon ne pune, ku e pi kafen, dmth tere jeten tende private. Eshte BIG BROTHER qe do ju ndjeki kudo, vetem se ne ket rast fituesi i perzgjedhur nuk do marri leke ne fund po kallamin e sheqerit.
Mbrojtja nga vjedhja e celulareve qe nxjerr qeveria si arsye per rregjistrimin e IMEI nuk vlen pasi kjo behet nga kompania celulare e cila ka databazen e saj te imei te lidhur me databazen nderkombetare te IMEI. pra nqs nje telefon eshte raportuar i vjedhur ne amerike dhe eshte deklaruar ne databazen nderkombetare ath automatikisht figuron edhe ne databazat e operatoreve lokale dhe rrejdhimisht eshte i paperdorshem dhe i gjurmueshem per policine nqs eshte bere nje denoncim nga viktima. Pra per cfare leshin realisht i duhen numrat IEMI Qeverise ne databaze kush ma shpjegon?
GSMA IMEI Database
The GSMA maintains a unique system known as the IMEI Database (IMEI DB), which is a global central database containing basic information on the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of millions of mobile devices that are in use across the world’s mobile networks. The IMEI is a 15-digit number that is used to identify a wireless device when it is used on a mobile phone network.
The IMEI DB also supports what is known as a “blacklist”. The blacklist is a list of IMEIs that are associated with mobile devices that should be denied service on mobile networks because they have been reported as lost, stolen, faulty or otherwise unsuitable for use. The IMEI DB acts as a central system for network operators to share their individual blacklists, making it possible to prevent devices denied service (blacklisted) by one network from working on other networks even if the SIM card in the device is changed.
Network operators who deploy Equipment Identity Registers (EIR) in their networks use them to keep their own lists of blacklisted lost or stolen phones. Operators’ EIRs can automatically connect to the IMEI DB to share their latest lists of blacklisted devices with other operators. The IMEI DB takes the blacklists from the various operators around the world that are connected to the system and it compiles the data into one global blacklist.
When a network operator EIR subsequently connects to the IMEI DB, it downloads the latest global blacklist (or a national or regional subset of the global list) for its own use. By loading the IMEI DB blacklist onto the local EIR, all handsets reported as stolen on other connected networks up to the previous day are now also capable of being blocked on that network.
Mobile phone users whose devices have been stolen should note that GSMA does not add device IMEIs to the IMEI DB blacklist or otherwise assist with incidents of device theft. Device theft should be reported to the user’s service provider and to the police.
