Ish-ministri i Punëve të Jashtme, Besnik Mustafaj, në një intervistë për Top Channel, analizon situatën ku ndodhen shërbimet diplomatike shqiptare dhe buxhetet e tyre të vogla për të përmbushur misionin e tyre.
“Buxheti i një ambasade ndërtohet në një mënyrë shumë të thjeshtë, po të kemi parasysh që ka pak zëra. Që do të thotë, janë sigurisht qiratë, janë pagat e punonjësve diplomatikë, sigurimet e tyre shëndetësore, është një zë i domosdoshëm që u siguron mobilitetin. Pra, benzina për ambasadorin, jo për të tjerët dhe një zë më vete që duhet të jetë me doemos me cilësinë e përfaqësimit dhe që është një fond i veçantë që ka ambasadori që e përdor për pritje e përcjellje. Në këtë kuptim, hartimi i një buxheti të ambasadës bëhet duke mbajtur parasysh nevojat që ka ambasada. Zoti Mustafaj mendon se kompanitë lobuese “Patton Bogs” dhe “Podesta” të kontraktuara nga qeveria me një kosto prej 1.5 milionë USD, nuk mund ta zëvendësojnë rolin e ambasadës së Shqipërisë në Uashington.
“Nëse unë do të isha në drejtim, ose do të dëgjohej zëri im, në asnjë rrethanë nuk do t’i jepja prioritet një agjencie lobimi ndaj ambasadës, e cila ka një mandat. Dhe këtu hyn cilësia e diplomatëve që dërgon në Uashington dhe jo fakti që punën e ambasadës mund ta bëjë agjencia e lobimit. Ajo nuk e bën dot punën e ambasadës. Ndërsa ambasada mund ta bëjë në një masë shumë të madhe. Pra, një ambasadë, një trupë diplomatike dinamike tërheqëse në punën e saj dhe e motivuar mirë, mund ta bëjë në një masë shumë të madhe. Do të thosha 90% punën që bëjnë agjencitë e lobimit”, thekson Mustafaj.
Besnik Mustafaj shpjegon përse ambasada jonë në Uashington merr një rëndësi të veçantë. “Në programin qeveritar të vitit 2005, ku unë kam hartuar politikën e jashtme, përcaktohen marrëdhëniet me SHBA si strategjike. Pra, në momentin që janë strategjike, ambasada është e kategorisë së parë dhe e një rëndësie jo të zakontë. Në këtë kuptim edhe marrëdhëniet strategjike me një aleat, me një partner si SHBA nuk mund të ndërtohen vetëm përmes ambasadës amerikane në Tiranë. Do të ndërtohen edhe mes ambasadës shqiptare në Uashington”, shton Mustafaj.

Mustafaj mban po ate pergjegjesi sa Basha, Meta, Haxhinasto dhe Panariti per shkaterrimin e sherbimin te jashtem shqiptar, ndaj nuk i shkon fare te beje si burre i mire tani.
Ne perceptimin tim, ambasada perfaqeson zyrtarisht shtetin, duke percjelle dokumentat sekrete karshi vendit ku eshte akredituar dhe askujt tjeter.
Si mund ta beje kete pune nje firme private, megjithse e paguar rendshem me parate tona? A perjashtohet mundesija qe Podesta te beje punen e ndonje pale tjeter, ne demin tone, ne se e paguan me shume?
Sa per Saline e dime se aq i ben interesi i shtetit Shqiptar.
Tani na del qe Ilir floriri nuk qenka thjesht hajdut me çizme, por edhe antishqiptar. E them kete se ky sektor eshte çorba e tije.

Realisht nuk kane cfare i duhen shqiperise gjithe keto ambasada ,dhe ne USA le te jete ambasada me 2-3 njerez sa per te thene ,ne jemi shtet i varfer dhe nuk mund te pagujme kaq shume njerez koti qe ne pergjithsi me i miri i tyre eshte trafikant apo hajdut ordiner njerez te peshtire qe nuk i sherbejne ne asnje rast shqiptareve apo shqiperise por vetem interesave te tyre.
Cfar derdellis o koke bythe kur u bereb edhe ti te diskutosh mbi diplomaci e lobizem ! Dhe cdo te thote kjo shprehje idiote qe duket si nje ngerc nr trut e tu ?! Na e zberthe pak o qyp trapoje .
