Dy muaj pasi Qeveria miratoi vendimin për regjistrimin e kodit IMEI të telefonave celularë, ky vendim është shfuqizuar, dhe është botuar në Fletoren Zyrtare të datës 8 tetor.
“Në mbështetje të nenit 100 të Kushtetutës dhe të neneve 121 dhe 124, të ligjit nr. 8485, datë 2.5.1999, “Kodi i Procedurave Administrative të Republikës së Shqipërisë”, me propozimin e ministrit të Financave dhe ministrit të Shtetit për Inovacionin dhe Administratën Publike, Këshilli i Ministrave, vendosi:
Shfuqizimin e vendimit nr. 354, datë 4.6.2014, të Këshillit të Ministrave, “Për ngritjen e bazës së të dhënave IMEI dhe regjistrimin e numrave IMEI të aparateve celulare, që përdoren në rrjetet e shërbimeve të komunikimeve të lëvizshme”.Ky vendim hyn në fuqi pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare”, thuhet në vendimin e qeverisë të marrë sot
10 komente në “Tërhiqet qeveria, anulon vendimin për regjistrimin e numrave IMEI të telefonave celularë”

Si ka mundesi,do jete ndonje keqkuptim.Nuk ka mundesi qe qeveria te gaboj e opozita te kete thene te verteten.,megjithate une do raportoja nje IMEI te nje celi qe se perdorja.
Po mire more gazetar ford i nderuar, artikull e quan kete? Nuk mund te jepje me teper informacion, ku, si, pse? Ku e ke bere shkollen more djale?
O mero djali nuk u terhoq qeveria e zbythi me presh ne byth gjykata kushtetuse
Po sa tja u dhiste gjykata kushtetuese hoqen dore vete. Shyqyr e kuptuan trapllikun, pak me vonese po me mire vone se shume vone. Tani ndonje pergjegjesi mban ndonjeri per tere kohen, energjite, parate qe u shpenzuan per pergatitjen, konceptimin dhe aprovimin e me pas anullimin e ketij ligji? Po ata qe e mbronin kete ligj me zjarr te madh e thonin do shkoj ta rregjistroj vete i pari imein si militant i majte qe jam si do e presin kete anullim? Me zhgenjim te madh besoj. Njerez dele.

Law framed for payment of sales tax for IMEI registration
KARACHI: The government has proposed amendments in Finance Bill 2014 to Customs Act, 1969 by introducing Ninth Schedule for sales tax payment at the time of import of cellular mobile and sales tax payable at the time of registration of new International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number.
For the low prices cellular mobile phones and satellite phones the sales tax rate has been proposed at Rs150 per phone while the rate of registering IMEI will be Rs250 per registration.
The sales tax rate for medium priced cellular mobile phones or satellite phones is proposed to be Rs250 per set and Rs250 per registration.
For smart phones, the sales tax rate has been proposed to be Rs500 per phone and Rs250 for registration. According to the Finance Bill 2014, the liability to pay sales tax at the time of import of cellular mobile phones or satellite phones shall be on the importer, and the liability to pay sales tax at the time of registration of a new International Mobile.
Equipment Identity (IMEI) number for the first time shall be on the Cellular Mobile Operator who registers the IMEI number in his system.
The Cellular Mobile Operators shall, if not already registered, obtain registration under the Sales Tax Act, 1990. No IMEI shall be registered by a Cellular Mobile Operator without charging and collecting the sales tax as specified in the Table.
The Cellular Mobile Operator shall deposit the sales tax so collected through his monthly tax return in the manner prescribed in section 26 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and rules made there under.
The Cellular Mobile Operator shall maintain proper records of all IMEI numbers registered for a period of six years, and such records shall be produced for inspection, audit or verification, as and when required, by an authorized officer of Inland Revenue.
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority shall provide data regarding IMEI numbers registered with other Cellular Mobile Operators to prevent double taxation on the same IMEI number in case of switching by a subscriber from one operator to another, and to provide data regarding registration of IMEI numbers to the Board on monthly basis.
No adjustment of input tax shall be admissible to the Cellular Mobile Operator or any purchaser of cellular mobile phone against the sales tax charged and paid in terms of this Schedule”. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the levy, collection and payment of sales tax under Notification No. S.R.O. 460(I)/2013 dated the 30th May, 2013, shall be always deemed to have been lawfully and validly, levied, collected and paid in accordance with sub-section (3B) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990.

Mund te n sqaroj ndonjeri sepse I duhesh,dhe ppse nu iduhesh ky imei qeverise sepse te gjite flsin por asgje nuk thone. Ku i kishte temirat regjistrimi dhe se ku I kishte te keqiat.
