Zyrtarë në Francë dhe në Belgjikë janë nën presionin e qytetarëve të frikësuar dhe të zemëruar, të cilët duan të dijë se si ka mundësi, që shërbimet e tyre të sigurisë, lejuan që njerëz të njohur si të përfshirë në ekstremizëm, të kryenin aktet e të premtes mbrëma.

Të paktën tre nga nëntë personat që tashmë dihet se u përfshinë në sulmet e Parisit, kishin qenë identifikuar nga shërbimet e sigurisë si rreziqe potencialë. Ismail Omar Mostefai, 29 vjeç, i përfshirë në sulmin në sallën e koncerteve të Bataclan, ishte listuar në vitin 2010 si një person i radikalizuar. Gjithësesi, ai arriti të udhëtojë për në Turqi, dhe ndoshta në Siri, në vitin 2013.

Samy Amimour, një 28-vjeçar nga Drancy, një zonë e veriut të Parisit, kishte qenë nën hetim zyrtar që prej tetorit 2012, dhe që nga fundi i 2013-ës për të ka patur edhe një fletë-arrest ndërkombëtar. Pikërisht në kohën kur mendohet se ka udhëtuar për në Siri.

Abdel-Hamid Abu Oud, personi që dyshohet se është truri i sulmeve, është mburrur publikisht madje, se ka hyrë e ka dalë sa herë që ka dashur nga Franca, për të planifikuar sulme terroriste. Ai ishte i përfshirë në një seri sulmesh të planifikuar, të cilët u parandaluan nga policia në janar, por arriti të largohet drejt Sirisë gjashtë muaj më parë.

Fatkeqësisht, këto lloje gafash nuk janë të reja. Mohammed Merah, i cili vrau shtatë vetë në 2012 ishte jo vetëm në radarin e shërbimeve të sigurisë në vendlindjen e tij në Tuluzë, por ai ishte intervistuar madje pas rikthimit nga një kamp stërvitor në Pakistan, pak muaj përpara se të kryente vrasjet. Një oficer e pranoi historinë e tij, se po ërkonte grua në shtetin e paqëndrueshëm aziatik.

Edhe shërbime të tjerë kanë bërë gabime të ngjashëm. Autoritetet amerikane kishin rënë në gjurmë të atentatorëve të 11 shtatorit, por nuk arritën “të bashkojnë pikat”. MI5 britanike kishte rënë në gjurmë të Mohammed Sidique Khan, udhëheqësi i atentatorëve të 7 korrikut, shumë vite përpara atentateve. Shërbimet britanike kishin kohë që mbanin nën mbikëqyrje Michael Adeboualen dhe Michael Adebolajon, përpara se këta të vrisnin Lee Rigbyn, një ushtar britanik, në Londër në vitin 2013. Më i madhi i vëllezërve Tsarnaev, që vendosën bombat në Maratonën e Bostonit po atë vit, ishte hetuar nga FBI, por ishte konsideruar i padëmshëm.

Një arsye për këta dështime është natyra e militantëve islamikë, sidomos po të kesh parasysh burimet që nevojiten për të mbajtur nën mbikëqyrje një individ të vetëm. Duhen një dyzinë oficerësh për një survejim 24 orë në ditë, shtatë ditë në javë për një person, dhe orë të tëra për të dëgjuar telefonata, apo për të krehur të dhënat e komunikimit të tij. Kështu që, edhe shërbimeve me burimet më të mëdha në dispozicion, duhet të prioritizojnë.

Shërbimet e sigurisë kanë zhvilluar mënyra të ndryshme për ta bërë këtë. Shumica e tyre shkallëzojnë rrezikun që vjen prej një individi, duke u fokusuar tek ata që i gjykojnë si me rrezik të lartë. Ata që nuk konsiderohen një rrezik i afërt, pothuajse nuk monitorohen.

Por ekstremistët, ashtu si kushdo tjetër, nuk sillen në mënyrë të parashikueshme. Radikalizimi nuk është një proces linear, uniform. Dikush që konsiderohet periferik dhe i padëmshëm, mundet që befas të bëhet më i rrezikshëm. Po kështu, dikush që konsiderohet i rrezikshëm, për shumë arsye, mund të kalojë në veprimtari më pak kërcënuese, apo mundet që edhe të heqë dorë fare nga ekstremizmi.

Në të vërtetë, siç e thotë Stephen Grey, një ekspert i spiunazhit, janë pikërisht këta militantët e parë, që shpesh herë shndërrohen në burimet më të mirë për shërbimet e zbulimit. “Sigurisht që survejimi ka një vlerë shumë të madhe… por është absolutisht tejet e rëndësishme që të sigurosh informacione të mirë njerëzore nga brendësia e një komuniteti të radikalizuar. Fushatat anti-terrorizëm kanë patur kthesë, atëherë kur njerëzit janë shprehur gati të “shesin” vëllanë apo bashkëshortin”, thotë Grey, autori i një libri të botuar së fundmi, me titull “Mjeshtrat e rinj të spiunazhit”.

Në rastin e Mohammed Merah, ajo që në pamje të parë u duk si një braktisje e aktivizmit xhihadist, mund të ketë qenë një plan i qëllimshëm për të humbur gjurmët. Ose mund të ketë qenë e vërtetë, por e përkohshme. Interesi i Adebelajos, një prej vrasësve të Rigbyt, për aktivizmin e dhunshëm ose edhe jo të dhunshëm, dukej se kishte vite që ishte zbehur.

Edhe nëse shërbimeve të sigurisë u ofrohen më shumë kompetenca për survejimin, nuk është se kjo do të japë zgjidhje përfundimtare. Agjencitë janë të përmbytura tashmë prej sasive të mëdha të të dhënave. Sorry Paris, we have forgotten your enmity towards our religion, your insults towards our Lord and His messenger peace be upon him, your efforts to change our cultures in our countries, and suppressing Islam from the hearts of the young people in the East and the West.. Sorry Paris.

Of course, there’s no contradiction between that and their encouragements when Palestinians kill innocent Jews in the streets… are Jews any different that French Catholics for their blood to become permissible? Or are French Catholics any different from Orthodox Russians who have been made a permissible target since they started bombing Syria? As for the silence of our venerable and respectable scholars when our children get bombed everyday in Syria by those civilized Western Crusaders, I can’t explain it.

Sorry Paris, those evil people want the economy of France to get hurt.. We have opened for you with joy the skies of Iraq and Syria so you can show us your advanced technology and your most recent missiles and bombs so we can buy them .. those terrorists want you to stop your bombings! That’s not the reality. Terrorists are fighting Bashar and Iran soldiers everyday so Bashar can control them to fight its own allies so he can have a good image in front of the world. Even the stupidest among people knows this.

The terrorists haven’t understood the reality of Allah’s words: “Fight in the path of Allah those who fight you” (2:190). They don’t know that Quran has an apparent and a hidden meaning. The apparent one here is to fight those who fight us, but the hidden one is: “fight those who fight us except Western Catholic/Protest Christians”. As a proof, just look at what our “scholars” said about this hideous crime.

Sorry Paris, the terrorists haven’t understood the reality of Allah’s words: “And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah is worse than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al-Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers” (2:191). Those extremist terrorists thought the order of fighting and killing included Paris, London and New York. They forgot that this order doesn’t go past the Masjid al-Haram, and that it talks about Arab disbelievers, not Western Crusaders. The disbelieving Arab, if he fights us at al-Masjid al-Haram, we fight him back, but the Catholic/Protest Crusader, if he fights us in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Mali, Philippines, Chechnya, Somalia, Libya, Yemen, Egypt, Arabian Peninsula and elsewhere, and supported the Jews in killing us, and sent us missiles and phosphorous bombs and chemical weapons and depleted uranium, and destroyed our countries and violated our honor and stole our resources and fought our religion and insulted our Lord and our prophet, we aren’t allowed to retaliate in a theater in Paris, a train station in London or a building in New York. This, as our “scholars” said, is contrary to the teaching of all peaceful religions and International laws and humanity. It’s ignorance and obscurantism and barbarity.

Sorry Paris, those evil criminals killed civilized civilian Parisians, but your nice fancy modern, nice-smelling, pleasant-looking airplanes have killed evil Arab children, some of them still babies, some of them still suckling terrorist milk from their mothers. How can we even dare to compare.

Sorry Paris, we can’t cry enough tears for you to show you how much we are sorry. You are art, beauty, freedom, democracy, justice, equality, humanity, and those evil criminal terrorists don’t know that missiles and and bombs in Iraq and Syria are expressions of art, they are the next Mona Lisa. They should visit the Louvre Museum and listen to the Opera de Lyon to understand what beauty is about, shouldn’t they?

Sorry Paris.. please come back to us.. please bomb us again in our Syria and our Iraq.. please make the earth shake again under our feet..
